request of Richard Daniels es:qre have valued the under mentioned farms,
viz:t
I certify that the true value of the above landed property with all the
improvements and buildings thereon is as sett forth and if the same was sold at
public auction at a credit of one, two, three and four years it would realize
the sum of seven thousand and five hundred pounds sterling.
