Master of the Supreme Court I have carefully and truly appraised the above
property from a description and present condition given of the same by Mr D:N:
Koegelenberg the said property being at Pieketberg and that the prices affixed to each item
is the fair and just valuation thereof to the best of my knowledge and
skill.
