We the undersigned Willem Jacobus Prinslo and Marthinus Lourens Prinslo do
make oath and declare that we have seen all the articles mentioned in the
foregoing inventory and that we have appraised the things at the prices stated
opposite to each of them and that we believe the said appraisement to be fair
and correct and according to the real value of the property.

statement of the property belonging to the estate of myself and my late wife
and of the debts and credits thereof to the best of my knowledge and belief,
which I am ready to confirm by oath if need be.

Somerset do hereby certify and declare that I
have seen an inventory of the property of the joint estate of Johannes
Joachemus Prinsloo and his deceased wife Martha Louisa Prinsloo and that I
consider the appraisement of the property at the prices specified in the
inventory, is a fair valuation of such articles according to the usual prices
of them in the district of
Somerset .
