Grahams Town on
the 7th November 1831 at 10 o clock p.m. leaving as heirs to his estate his
surviving widow named Martha Hewitt and one child, named
The moveable property enumerated having been sealed, as required by the
3rd artc: of the Chamber’s instruction immediately after the decease of the
above named, by the undersigned Veld Cornet of
Bathurst , the seals were this day examined and found
in a perfect state
