MOOC8/72.21 {18300326} 26 March 1830 Johannes Arnoldus Schoeman Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Johannes Arnoldus Schoeman on the 12th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty for the benefit of his surviving widow Maria Johanna Hattingh on the one and the children procreated in wedlock with the deceased, namely the aforementioned property consisting in as follows at Groenekloof situated in the fieldcornetcy of Zwagershoek where the deceased resided Thus inventoried and appraised at the place called Groenekloof situated in the fieldcornetcy of Zwagershoek in the district of Somerset on the twenty sixth day of the month of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty according to a statement made by the widow and Christiaan Arnoldus Hattingh who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted anything that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appraisers further declared that they are and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm their statement by solemn oath if required promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered they shall and will faithfully communicate it to the Agent of the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered.
