MOOC8/72.14 {18300116} 16 January 1830 Fredrik Johannes Willem Labuscagne Susanna Elisabeth Labuscagne 10 Feb:y 1830 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Susanna Elisabeth Labuscagne on the 14th December 1829 for the benefit of her surviving husband Fredrik Johannes Willem Jacobus Labuscagne on the one, and her only son procreated in marriage with the survivor named Thus inventoried and valued at the place called Donkerhoek situated in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka in the district of Somerset on the 16th day of the month of January in the year of our Lord 1830 according to a statement made by the survivor, who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appearer further declared that he is and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm his statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered, he shall and will faithfully communicate to the Agent of the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered.
