MOOC8/71.26 {18290622} 22 June 1829 Samuel Zacharias de Beer Martha Maria Kruger Board decision of the 22 July last Inventory of all such goods and effects as have been possessed in communion by the late Martha Maria Kruger and surviving husband Samuel Zacharias de Beer Fredrikson and which are left by the former who died on the 24 of June 1827 ab intestato. Thus done and inventoried at Graaff Reinet on the 22 day of June 1829 according to the declaration of Samuel Zacharias de Beer Fredrikson, who declared that to the best of his knowledge he has given up all the effects that belong to said estate with further promise should any thing be found afterwards to add it to this inventory for all which he offered to make oath if required. The said estate being appraised by mess:rs Petrus Cornelis Vermeulen and Jan Albert van Niekerk, in the presence of me the undersigned Agent to the Orphan Chamber and witnesses.
