MOOC8/48.2 {18330920} 20 September 1833 Maria Catharina Sivertina Wiid Exhibited 26 Sept: 1833 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the intestate death of Maria Catharina Sivertina Wiid on the 15th day of the month of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three for the benifit of her mother Helena Hendrina Christina Peö formerly widow of the late Sivert Johannes Wiid, remarried to Johannes Jacobus Greybe on the one and her brother and sister, namely the aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony and was found to consist in the following, viz:t At the house occupied by Mrs Maria Catharina le Roes widow of the late Sivert Wiid Castle Street N:o 9 with whom the deceased was living Thus done and inventoried at the house aforesaid at the Cape of Good Hope on the 20:th September 1833 according to the statement made by Mrs Maria Catharina le Roes widow of Sivert Wiid who declared to have acted herein bona fide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appearers further declared that they are and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm their statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property belonging to the aforesaid estate may be discovered they will faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered.
