MOOC8/48.16 {18321215} 15 December 1832 Martha Wilhelmina van Heerden Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Martha Wilhelmina van Heerden on the 21 June 1829 aged 17 years 4 months for the benefit of her father Jacobus Schalk van Heerden on the one and her minor sister Anna Catharina Wilhelmina van Heerden born 29 November 1815 on the other part Thus done and inventoried at Graaff Reinet this 15:th day of December 1832 according to statement made by Jan Fredrik Combrink who declared to have acted herein bona fide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not withheld or secreted any thing that belongs to the aforesaid estate and the said appearer further declared that he is and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm his statement by solemn oath, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of the estate might be discovered he shall and will faithfully communicate it to the Agent of the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with property so discovered.
