MOOC8/48.14 {18320927} 27 September 1832 Herculaas Jacobus Visser Janson Sale 17 and 18 of Decemb: 1832 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Herculaas Jacobus Visser Janson on the 17:th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred thirty two for the benefit of his surviving children procreated in lawful marriage with his predeceased wife Hester Susanna Viljoen who died on the 30:th May 1832, viz:t Thus done and inventoried at the place Nauwpoort in the district of Graaff Reinet on the 27:th and 28:th days of the month of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two according to a statement made by Johannes Hendrik Visser Herculaas Jacobus son, who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said J:H: Visser H:J: son further declared that he is at all times ready and willing to confirm his statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered he will faithfully communicate the same to the Orphan Chamber’s Agent in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered.
