MOOC8/47.39 {18330422} 22 April 1833 Henry Babington Exh:d the 24:th of April 1833, n:o 22 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the testate death of Henry Babington assistant surgeon in the service of the honorable East India Company on the eleventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three for the benefit of his unknown foreign heirs. The aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony on behalf of the said unknown foreign heirs, and been inventoried by the undersigned special Commissioner of the Board aforesaid was found to consist in the following, viz:t The seals previously placed in the property having been found whole and unbroken In the Orphan Chamber whither the goods have been removed from the house of Mr H:E: Blanckenberg where the deceased died. Thus done and inventoried at the Orphan Chamber on this twenty second day of April in the year of our Lord 1833 in the presence of doctor Samuel Bailey and Mr Hendrik Emanuel Blanckenberg the latter of whom dated the foregoing to be the whole of the property belonging to the estate and placed under his care by the deceased and that if after the date of these presents any thing further belonging to the said estate may be discovered by him he will communicate or cause it to be communicated to the Orphan Chamber in order that the same may be duly amplified to this inventory As Commissioners: J: Brand, C: Blanckenberg Sam:l Bailey H:E: Blanckenberg In my presence: H: Tennant, Sec:
