MOOC8/47.37 {18330412} 12 April 1833 Elizabeth Jacomina Munnik f: 60, Cape Town Sale 13:th May 1833 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the intestate death of Elizabeth Jacomina Munnik widow of Johannes Augustus Dreyer on the 8:th day of the month of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thrity three for the benefit of her undermentioned children and grand children, namely The aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters at the Cape of Hope for the benefit of the aforesaid heirs and been inventoried by the undersigned special Commissioners was found to consist as follows Memorandum: It is hereby noted that Mr Dirk Jacobus Aspeling as general Agent to the deceased has still to account for monies received, and paid out by him. Thus done and inventoried at the house aforesaid on the 12 April 1833 according to the statement made by the heirs Gerhardus and Christina Johanna wife of Jan Desvages who declared to have acted herein bona fide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the said, and the said appearers further declared that they are and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm the aforesaid statement by solemn oath if required promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property belonging to the aforesaid estate may be discovered they will faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered. In witness whereof we the Commissioners together with the appearers and me the Chief Clerk have subscribed to these presents.
