MOOC8/47.31 {18330208} 8 February 1833 Anna Jacoba Maria Smit Sale 23 March 1833 A true and perfect inventory of all and every the goods and chattels as well moveable as immoveable, debts, credits and personal effects of the late Anna Jacoba Maria Smit (born Jacobs) and surviving husband Willem Hendrik Smit (Christoffels son) which former died intestate at Daasjes Fontuin in the Nieuwveld on the 2:d of December 1832 and stated as follows Thus done and registered in the village of Beaufort on Friday the 8 February 1833 in the presence of M:J: Weeber and Joseph Kersner according to the statement of Willem Hendrik Smit husband of the late Anna Jacoba Maria Smit who declares that he has truly and honestly stated the above particulars that no thing has been kept back by him to the best of his knowledge and belief and that he is ready and will always be so to solemnize the same by oath further promising and binding him self in the event of any thing alse belonging to the estate coming to his knowledge to amplify this statement therewith.
