Inventory and appraisement of a house and furniture belonging to the
estate of the late Maria Christina Kraaywinkel widow of Andries de Roos
In a house belonging to the Lutheran Church
John Blore auctioneer to the Orphan Chamber maketh oath and said that he
has appraised the house and furniture belonging to the estate of the late Maria
Christina Kraaywinkel widow of Andries de Roos and that the same is worth the
sum of two thousand one hundred and thirty nine rix dollars and twenty four
stivers which is a just, true and proper valuation to the best of his knowledge
and skill.
