MOOC8/47.11b {18320118} 18 January 1832 Arnoldus Bernardus Dietz Inventory of the estate of the late Arnoldus Bernardus Dietz a native of Holland , who died on the sixteenth of January 1832 at his farm called Tempe situated in the district of Albany , aged 64 years. /The deceased was never married in this Colony and his heirs are unknown/ Tempe the 18:th Jan:y 1832 Taken in presence of: D: Campbell, G: Jarvis, John H: B: Wienand, R:Goodman, Agent for Albany Grahams Town 2:nd March 1830 I certify that a wagon and six oxen, the property of the late A:B: Dietz was sold in execution of a writ of the circuits court on the 28:th of June 1830 and the same purchased by Mr B: Norden for the sum of sixteen pounds Sterling John Carlisle, Deputy Sheriff of Alb:y I the undersigned do swer that the wagon and oxen above alluded to was lent by me to the late A:B: Dietz esq: and remains my property Grahams Town 2 March 1832 Sworn before me: D: Campbell, J:P: B: Norden
