MOOC8/46.70 {18310331} 31 March 1831 John Fuller Price Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the intestate death of John Fuller Price on the 20:th day of the month of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one for the benefit of his mother Elizabeth Ann Price on the one hand his brothers and sisters namely The aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony and been inventoried by the undersigned Special Commissioners of the Board aforesaid was found to consist in the following Debts unknown Thus done and inventoried at the house aforesaid on the 31 March 1831 according to a statement made by aforesaid Joseph Price who declared to have acted herein bona fide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate, and the appearers further declared that if after the date of these presents any property belonging to aforesaid estate might be discovered will faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered In witness whereof I, the Commissioner, together with the appearer and me, the Secretary, have subscribed to these presents Commisioner: F: Brand Joseph Price In my presence: A: Tennant
