MOOC8/46.42 {18301224} 24 December 1830 Johannes Christiaan Kruger Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Frans Johannes Christiaan Kruger which took place on the 10th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty for the benefit of his surviving widow Hester Catharina Engelbrecht on the one and his two minor children procreated in wedlock with his said surviving widow at the place Coroomo’s poort situated in the fieldcornetcy of East Riet River belonging to the deceased father Petrus Jacobus Kruger Thus inventoried at the aforesaid place on the 24th day of the month of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty according to a statement made by the survivor, Petrus Johannes Kruger and Johannes Hendrik Engelbrecht who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted anything that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appearers further declared that they are and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm their statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered they shall and will communicate it to the agent of the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered.
