MOOC8/46.37 {18291202} 2 December 1829 Godlieb Rudolph Koekemoer Sale 14 January 1830 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Godlieb Rudolph Koekemoer which happened on the 30:th day of October 1829 for the benefit of his surviving widow Elisabeth de Bruin on the one and her children procreated in wedlock with her aforesaid husband, named Thus inventoried at the place Bamboes Berg situated in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka in the district of Somerset on the 2nd day of the month December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine according to a statement made by the widow and the heirs Andries Hendrik van Heerden and Theunis Johannes Koekemoer who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered they shall and will faithfully communicate it to the agent of the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered and the said appearers further declared that they are ready and willing to confirm their statement by solemn oath if required.
