MOOC8/45.70 {18280625} 25 June 1828 Johannes Jacobus van den Burgh Exh:d the 2:d of July 1828, n:o 13 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death ab intestato of Johannes Jacobus van den Burgh on the 24:th day of the month June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight for the benefit of his here after mentioned heirs [brothers and sisters] the aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters was found to consist in the following In a house belonging to Mr George Anderson This done and inventoried in Cape Town Cape of Good Hope on the 25 day of June 1828 according to a statement made by Louisa Johanna Harms who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of her knowledge she has not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate, and the said appearer further declared that she is and will at all times be ready to confirm her statement with solemn oath if required promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property belonging to the aforesaid estate might be discovered will faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to implify this inventory with the property so discovered In witness whereof I the undersigned together with the appearer have subscribed to these presents As witness: W:m S: Burssiume Mark + of Louisa Joh:a Harms R: v: Breda
