MOOC8/45.40 {18280508} 8 May 1828 Andrew Mather Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death of Andrew Mather on the fifth day of the month of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight. The deceased having by his last will and testament, executed on the 13 March 1826 before the Notary Public Joseph Sturges (appointed) after having bequeathed several legacies) his sole and universal heirs his brother and sister James Mather and Christy Ward, wife of George Ward, or in case of their is either of their deceased, then their issue lawful heirs or assigns. And having further requested and appointed in the aforesaid will the Worshipful Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony to be his executors, in consequence of which the aforesaid property was duly inventoried by the undersigned commissioned Members of the Orphan Chamber and was found to consist in the following In the upper store of E: George It is here noticed that a seperate inventory will be taken of the joint stock belonging to the deceased and Mr E: George.
