died in Somerset Hospital April 5:th 1831 and made by the undersigned in the
presence of the undersigned witnesses. April 7, 1831
Sole heiress the mother of the dec:d Elizabeth Gilham of West Lynn in the county Suffolk

Mr Williams declares that he heard him say to Dr Bailey that his brothers
and sisters had all died of a consumption.
