MOOC8/45.116 {18291016} 16 October 1829 Maria Elizabeth Klopper Inventory two sheets To be held at Roets Hoek in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka on the 1:t Dec:r next, Somerset Pieter du Plessies p:d for a piece of land called Renosterhoek reference to the Landdrost of Graaff Reinet for report on the 4 Novemb: 1825 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death of Maria Elizabeth Klopper on the 22:d July 1829 at Roets Hoek in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka at the age of twenty nine years, two months and thirteen days for the benefit of her surviving husband Pieter du Plessies Piet son on the one and her five children, viz:t At the place Roets Hoek situated in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka Thus inventoried at Roets Hoek in the fieldcornetcy of Tarka in the district of Somerset on the sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine according to a statement made by the survivor who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not witheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appearer further declared that he is and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm his statement by solemn oath if required promising at the same time that if after the date of this presents any property of the estate might be discovered he shall and will faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered Witnesss: W:A: du Pliesies Pieter du Pliesies P:s In my presence: C:E: Möller
