MOOC8/44.49a {18300201} 1 February 1830 Frans Villnagel Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the intestate death of Frans Villnagel (born at Eselingen in Wurtenburg ) on the 29:th day of the month of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty at half past seven o’ clock in the evening for the benefit if his unknown foreign heirs. The aforesaid property having taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony in behalf of the said unknown foreign heirs and been inventoried by the undersigned commissioners of the Board aforesaid was found to consist in the following, viz:t At the house of Mr Fred:k Lod:k Lieching Thus inventoried in Cape Town Cape of Good Hope at the house aforesaid on the 1:st February 1830 according to a statement made by Mr Fredrik Lodewyk Lieching who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of his knowledge he has not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate and the said appearer further declared that he is and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm this statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered shall faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered. In witness whereof we the Commissioners together with the appearer and me, the Secretary, have subscribed to these presents.
