MOOC8/44.38 {18290126} 26 January 1829 Benjamin Seel Exh:d the 28:th January 1829, n:o 20 Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death of Benjamin Seel on the 7:th day of the month of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine in Somersets Hospital. The deceased having by his last will and testament executed by him on the sixth instant in presence of two witnesses appointed as his sole and universal heirs, his father and mother, John and Ann Seel and has further appointed the worshipfull Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony in said will to be and to act as his executors. In consequence of which the aforesaid property was duly inventoried by the undersigned special commissioner from the Orphan Board and was found to consist in the following, viz:t Thus done and inventoried in Cape Town Cape of Good Hope on the 26 January 1829 according to a statement made by capt: Findley As Commissioners: J: Brand, W:m Hayward John Findley In my presence: J:J:L: Smuts List of articles left in the Somerset Hospital by the late Benjamin Seel J:O: Williams, Steward January 8:th 1829
