A true and perfect inventory of all and every the goods, chattels, wares
and merchandise as well moveable as not, debts, credits and other personal
estate and effects of Roedolf Lubbe s:r the deceased who died at
Erasmus Kraal ,
Nieuwveld July 3:rd 1823 about 3 o clock a:m: within
the field cornetship of David Stephanus Forie, district of
Beaufort who died intestate and given up as
follows
Thus done and regestered at
Nieuwveld Monday Sept:r 22:nd 1823 according to the statement of Gideon Lubbe Roedolfs
son and Jan Ludewick Lubbe Roedolfs son, who declare in their above statement
of this estate having been done honestly and truly and that nothing has been
held back to the best of their knowledge and that they further declare, they
are always ready if called upon to solemnise the same by oath and they further
promise in the event of anything further coming to their recollection or
knowlegde, to bind themselves to add the same to this inventory.
And this done by me the undersigned Dep:y Landdrost, in presence of Joseph
Cleaver and Peter Stockenstrom as witnesses

Heden den 15 Maart 1824 wierd door H:A: Beukes in huwelyk hebbende Maria
Catharina Lubbe en door Adriaan Lodewyk Lubbe alhier opgaaf gedaan, dat tegen
aan hun voor moederlyke erffenis is bevoegen volgens acte van tauxatie ter
Weeskamer op den 3:de Maart 1809 gepasseerd, bedragende aandeel rd:286:15, nog
niet hadden ontvangen in dezelve mits dien uit den boedel van hun overleden
vader kwamen te vorderen met de renten indien het aan hunnen broeder vermaakt
legaat effect resteerden genegen zynde dese hunne opgaaf (des vereischt) met
eede gestand te doen.
