MOOC8/43.11 1/2 {18270129} 29 January 1827 Hendrik Albertus Swart J:G: Brink Inventory of the goods and effects belonging to the estate of the late Hendrik Albertus Swart departed on the 22nd instant, at his place called Dordrecht . Done by Petrus Gerhardus Swart, at the requisition of the Board of Orphan Masters at the Cape of Good Hope in their capacity as guardians of the minor children of said Swart, named Consisting the goods and effects as following, viz: On this the 29th day of January 1827 Appeared before me Johannes Petrus Muller, duly authorised by J:H: Bam Esq:re in his capacity as agent of Orphan Masters, abovementioned Petrus Gerhardus Swart who declareth that he with regard to this his statement had acted faithfully and uprighthly and not to have withheld or concealed what he know to be the property of said estate promessing however that if any further property should be found belonging to the estate, that in such case to amplify this inventory with the same, being finally ready to make oath for the truth of this his statement This done and executed at the place Dordrecht , Swellendam die et anno ut supra As witnesses: H:s J:s Crous, Thomas Clarke P:G: Swart In my presence: J:P: Muller
