MOOC8/42.23 {18270621} 21 June 1827 Jacobus Erasmus , Anna Catharina Willers H: Somerset A true and perfect inventory of all and every the goods chattels, wares and merchandize, as well moveable as not, debts, credits and other pesonal effects of the deceased Jacobus Erasmus Abel son and his surviving widow Anna Catharina Wilters which former died intestate at the place Kuega on the 1st of May 1827 between the hours of 5 and 6 a.m. within the fieldcornetcy of Mr Andries Jacobus de Clerck district of Beaufort and given up as follows This done and registered in the village of Beaufort on Thursday the 21st of June 1827 according to the statement of the widow Jacobus Erasmus Abelson and Gabriel Jacobus Erasmus Abel son who declared in their above statement to have acted honestly and truly that nothing has been held back to the best of their judgment and knowledge and to be at all times ready (if called upon) to solemnize the same by oath; further promising and binding themselves in the event of any thing else, belonging to this estate coming to their recollection and knowledge to amplify this inventory with the same and all such in the presence of the clerk Christiaan Johannes Rabe and auctioneer Hartwicht Johannes Luttig as witnesses.
