MOOC8/40.42 {18260121} 21 January 1826 Stephanus Sebastiaan Walters Inventory of all such property as has been relinquished by the death abintestato of Stephanus Sebastiaan Walters senior on the 25:th day of the month of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five for the benefit of his children begotten in wedlock with his late wife Martha Laubscher, viz: The aforesaid property having been taken under the administration of the Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony on behalf of the aforesaid heirs and been inventoried by the undersigned special Commissioners of the Board aforesaid was found to consist in the following, viz: Thus inventoried at the place aforesaid on the 21 of January 1826 according to a statement made by the aforesaid heirs who declared to have acted herein bonafide and that to the best of their knowledge they have not withheld or secreted any thing that belonged to the aforesaid estate, and the said appearers further declared that they are and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm their statement by solem oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any property of this estate might be discovered, shall faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify this inventory with the property so discovered In witness whereof we the Commissioners together with the appearers and me the Secretary have subscribed to these presents As commissioners: G:E: Overbeek, J:A: Munnik A:s J:s Jordaan, S:S: Walters, V:G: Maree, A:H: Prins, Jurianus M:s Prins, J:H: Jantsen, Nicolaas Smuts In my presence: J:J:L: Smuts
