With all the members having taken a council. Absentee members Lunes53 and Blum.
The Honorable Commander, informing the present members in person and the absent members through the Secretary of the custody of two or three ship's chests belonging to the officers of the captured French ship Le Coche, and inquiring about the opinion of the Honorable Commander on this matter, decided unanimously to let the skipper and other officers of the ship Nederland follow as her well-deserved booty.

D’ Ed.Heer Commandeur de presente leden in persoon en d’ absente door den Secretaris bekend makende hoe men 2 á 3 scheeps-kisten, toebehoord hebbende d’ officieren van ‘t veroverde Fransche schip, Le Coche , in bewaringh hadden en haar Ed. Agtb. gevoelen diesaangaande afvragende, om te weten wat men met de voors. kisten bekwamelijkst doen soude, soo is eenpariger stemme verstaan deselve an den schipper en verdere officieren van ‘t schip Nederland als haar wel verdiende buijt te laaten volgen.
