Present are His Eminence, Governor General Rijckloff van Goens, Commander Simon van der Stell, Vice-Commander Adriaan Sleutel, Lieutenant Jeronimus Cruse, Rear Admiral Mourits Jacobsz Eijck, Fiscal Officer Tobias Vlasvath, skippers Siewert Leenderts de Jongh and Pieter van de Woestijne, Lieutenant Jacob Gast, and Sect. Andries de Man.
Subsequently, the arrests dated 4th of this month, in order to relieve the leaky return ship the Vrijheijdt of its loading, it was possible to relieve so much that the leak was discovered, similarly the Hollandtse Thuijn in order to raise its stern a little and to ship all these goods into the Castle of Leiden, further extended by the aforementioned resolution, it is further understood by several votes, the spices that were shipped in the Hollandtse Thuijn and the Vrijheijt for the Cameras Delft and Rotterdam, along with similar other goods loaded there for the Camera Zeeland, and which now, due to great necessity, must be unloaded and in the aforementioned Castle of Leiden. Since the skipper and bullman of the Posthoorn, due to their serious disagreement and dispute, can no longer be left with the other to prevent further harm, this fortification is deemed necessary, namely that the chief bullman of Schouwen, Dirck Blom, will transfer there as skipper, as the service of the E. Compe. is related to this, while the skipper of the Posthoorn 79 will transfer as second skipper to the Burgh van Leiden.

En om op alle voorvallende saacken geduijrende de reijse naa ‘t Patria met te meerder omsichtigheijt te besoingneeren, sal den Raadt der retourvlooth in soodaniege persoonen naa ‘t respect der Cameren achter malcanderen volgen als:
