Gelijc ooc aen d’ borgers Pieter Visagie en Jan Mostaert in compa. op haer versoeck in leening vergunt en toegestaen is een stuck bouwlandt geleegen aen d’ ooste sijde van d’ Tijgerberg en bij seeker plaets genaemt d’ Buffelscop om ‘t selve te mogen bebouwen en cultiveren onder conditie, vermits voor d’ E.Compa. aldaer op eenige plaetsen jaerlijcks hooij gemaeijt werdt dat d’ gemelte borgers gehouden sullen blijven van dat hooijlandt, ‘t welc sij sullen beslaen jaerlijcx soo veel vrachten stroo ten behoeve van d’ E.Compa. te leveren als desen jare aldaer vrachten hooij sal werden versamelt, mitsgaders dat ooc bij dese veranderinge van plaats haer bouwerijen omtrent dese Tafelvalleij daerom geensints sullen vermogen achter laten off negligeren, maar evenwel moeten aenhouden en voortsetten.
Aldus geresolveert in ‘t Casteel de Goede Hoop ten dage en jare voors.
