Since Pieter van Clinckenbergh has occupied the position of chief warden of this fortress for three years now, having previously received nothing more than a simple warden position, and his service has been satisfactory, he is granted, at his request and if he is able, the salary of a chief warden without any adjustment in monthly pay.
