Provided that each slave receives as much copper and tobacco as a cow, which they also promise to do for the remaining 10 pieces. That they will no longer ward off any Saldanhars or inhabitants from the country, but rather invite them to us so that they can trade and walk with us in peace. Dat Caepman sal versorgen geen van sijn beesten of schapen op Comps. off der vryeluyden corenlanden comen weijden off daer se door d’ onse op gevonden wordende, sullen mogen werden doot geschoten ende laten leggen, tot sulcx bij gecommitteerde van weersijden sal wesen beschout.
Dat altijt wanneer d’ E.
