English translation

Since the flute ship Vincq is about to embark on its voyage, with the arrival of the Zuidland, which is all too precious,350 it has been decided, in order to protect the E. Compe. from damage as much as possible, to transfer the two chests351 of money mentioned in the aforementioned Vincq, loaded with the keys paid for the ships, to the flute ship Venenburgh, and to have the skipper of that ship pass in our presence, receiving three receipts, all of the same ringing, to ensure that everything is correct.

Thus done and resolved in the Fort of Good Hope on the date and year as above.
